Home of ‘Introducing: The Guitar!’ and ‘Introducing: The Keyboard!’

Introducing: The Guitar! and Introducing: The Keyboard! are two skills based student workbooks and teaching guides designed specifically for junior high school music classes.  

Each workbook teaches a music course that presumes no prior knowledge of the guitar or keyboard.  With activities in performing, composing and listening, students will:

‍        ✓ Learn to read and interpret musical notation. 

‍        ✓ Develop their performance skills on the guitar and/or keyboard.

‍        ✓ Develop their understanding of the concepts of music through carefully organised listening activities. 

Both Introducing: The Guitar! and Introducing: The Keyboard! are available in Student Workbook and Teaching Guide editions.  They each contain performance, composition and listening tasks with marking criteria, literacy and numeracy activities and Rocky Rockodile illustrations making the student workbook appealing to younger students.
